Position:  HQ Pro

Summary:

My HQ Pro, LLC was created with a single objective; providing top shelf HQ services to small businesses so they may achieve company wide greatness.  The HQ Pro position was created to cater directly to a giant void in the small business labor market that fuses the traditional services of an accountant, financial analyst and business development consultant into one new profession.  A HQ Pro is directly assigned to member businesses of My HQ Pro, LLC.  The HQ Pro’s specific set of routine tasks may be slightly different for each member because every business is different.  However, the main objective of the HQ Pro will always remain the same; to maintain an unwavering objective to use every skill and resource available to help their assigned member companies grow to greatness.  

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.  MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 2+ years of Accounting and Financial Analyst work experience

  • Experience working with traditional professional services including Legal, HR, Marketing, PR, IT & Investments Management

  • Work experience for both large and small businesses a definite plus

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

  • Demonstrated prolonged examples of 1) self-discipline, 2) self-motivation and 3) accountability

  • Proven track record of displaying selfless acts and helping others pursue success

  • Desire to begin a long-term, highly satisfying & financially rewarding career

  • Creative, Optimistic, Open-minded & Flexible

Job Description:

  • Accounting: 

QuickBooks Bookkeeping, A/R, Invoicing, Collections, A/P, Merchant Account and On-Line Shopping Carts, Paypal, Preparation of Financial Statements, Preparation and reporting of 1099s & 10996s, & Payroll.

  • Financial Analysis:  

Budgeting, Business Financial Modeling, KPI & Accountability Tracking, Financial Analysis & Variance Analysis Reporting, Business Credit, Business Plan, Cash Management Planning

  • HQ Manager:  

Business Development Strategy, Organization of Legal & Tax Docs, Co-ordination of weekly status meetings with members, Consulting with Member’s Operations, Sales, & Executive Management to help convert needs into solutions, Lead the creation of a new Member’s HQ, Liaison Manager between Member Clients and their business’s Headquarters Departments. 

  • Sales:

 A new client acquisition sales plan must be riggerously followed to help the HQ Pro grow their list of clients while at the same time giving their existing clients high quality service.

Member businesses of My HQ Pro, LLC do not need to be in the same geographical territory as their HQ Pro.  We are all connected electronically via remote enterprise servers networked together for synergies that rival any office building’s atmosphere.

Compensation:

  • Dependent on multiple variables.  Will be described in the interview process.
